Excellent service. Only complaint about sales is that every time I bring the car in for service I get a sales call or text from a salesman I know nothing about. I don't think this is a good way to get new customers.
Service was done in a timely matter, nice waiting area and customer service was excellent.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Maintenance requested was completed. Items to fix were mostly acceptable. Needing to balance already rotated tires seemed weird. It also seemed weird needing to do an alignment on tires after only 10k miles. I will be getting a second opinion about the balancing and alignment of tires to see if this was really necessary in the first place, as these were the ones that were on the car when I bought it brand new (i.e. with only 10 miles!) 1 year ago.
