"Charles Thrash is a gem of a man. " If everything else (getting my check timely) was handled as smoothly as my dealing with Charles, I would have given 5 stars. But I don't know who to fault. Eric always returned my calls, which is not something always done at dealerships. Gay Otey ultimately saved the day for me when I spoke her on the 12th day. Once she got in the loop I had my check the same day. She was wonderful. It should not, however, have taken 12 days and five calls to get to that point. Thank you.

"The way buying a car should be" I walked into Findlay Toyota thinking the process was going to take forever. I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that includes signing all of the paperwork. Tommy was never “pushy” and answered my questions openly and honestly. "Go past centennial and go directly to Findlay Toyota " Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation go directly to Findlay Toyota ask for Paul Lueth. I went to Centennial Toyota and wasted 2 days. They make promises they can’t keep and will leave you feeling like you don’t want a Toyota. If it wasn’t for Paul Lueth we would never have bought a Toyota. He knows the brand and takes great pride in doing his job.
