I had to bring my car back a couple times to figure out if my brakes were making noise but turns out it was a plate replacement. I was taken care of well and done in a timely manner. They were very considerate of convenience and getting the job done efficiently, providing transportation so I’m not sitting at the dealership through the duration. Thank you!!

4 hours to get oil change & tire rotation is unacceptable. Something broke in shop, however nobody notified me of the delay.
I was supposed to receive a phone call letting me know when my sunvisor was to come in and to know Val I never got a phone call. I had to call twice. I also told them that one of the caps to the tire was missing when I came to get my new visor, but of course they didn’t put one . other than having to call the first service person who told me it would be ready. Dominique was very helpful.
