My service rep Kevin was very helpful throughout my car issue last week. I was grateful he was able to figure out the problem and I was able to get my car back. Thankful for Toyota. He was also able to put me in a rental for the week also that I was so blessed to have so my work and kid activities schedule would not be interrupted.

I scheduled a service appointment online and everything went exactly as promised. The technician found once item he/she recommended that I would expect at 76K miles. My Hybrid Camry is a fantastic car that sips gas so some preventative maintenance is crucial and the team took excellent care of me from the time I dropped off and had everything ready to go when I picked it up so no complaints here. A special thank you to my service advisor Makaila Lourenco for an excellent customer service experience.
