I brought my 2016 Toyota Prius in to Findlay Toyota in Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of the entry bays for their service department. However, within about 2 minutes following my arrival, several of their service staff members fanned out across all the bays to expedite checking in all the waiting drivers. I love the Findlay Toyota Dealership in Henderson Las Vegas. You get free 5 star coffee (cappuccino, espresso, lattes, and much more). If your car takes more than a 24 in servicing you get a free 5 star rent a car until it’s finished. Free Uber drop off and pick up. Wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond for their clients. I do like some other vehicles in other dealerships but Toyota has been good to me since 2012. I can’t leave them. Will Collier is great but we were approached by a girl who would not take No for an answer. We hate people who try to pressure us into a service we don't need. Other than that our service was great.
I don’t know who Tyler is. I spent 1900 dollars yesterday and you couldn’t wash the car? Spent several hundred on tire pressure sensor replacement and you couldn’t test and inflate the tires properly?
