I was able to wait for the "Blue Service" to be completed. My car was available just after one hour, fifteen minutes had elapsed. All done promptly.....no problems.

Courteous and professional techs! Showroom is clean and I’m happy with the great coffee.
We have worked with Jordan Santos for years. He is very professional, and his communication skills are excellent. Findlay is very thorough, and we have never had to take our vehicles back for any problems after they have been repaired. We have older cars and thanks to Findlay, they are still on the road! Tim McFadden assisted me for my first service at Findlay Toyota. He explained what was being done and I felt that I was in good hands. It was a quick, first service and a good experience for me. Findlay Toyota has an inside area for its customers. You can get coffee, tea, water, and, if you are hungry, can buy an assortment of snacks and food items. Ethan was awesome! Came in for an oil change and he saw that I had two recalls, one for my extra key fob and one for airbags. He was able to get me a rental and helped me bring my car seats over while my car was getting fixed. Everyone at the rental was friendly as well.
