It is very hard to find a auto service department that starts well let alone to finish well. However, Maverick, at Toyota Findlay will be the person I ask for when I get my vehicles serviced. I had been trying to schedule my regular service all week, but due to the dealership's phone and internet problem I was unable to do so. Since I was in the area for some medical tests, I decided to stop in at the dealership. Jamie Falcone, my regular service advisor was at lunch at the time, however, Emilio Sepulveda started the paperwork on Jamie's behalf for me.
