I worked with Rich Grzeda for about 4 hours and this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to make sure we loved our new car and that we were happy with our purchase. He never once was condescending towards us like I've experienced in the past with car salesman. He only treated us with respect and I really appreciated the way he took care of us. Pulled in . Got taken care of right away. Was kept updated on what service needed done and picked up my car in a few hours.
Way too busy for my taste, two hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is too long. Especially when you’re waiting. I mean the free coffee helps but it’s not everything.
