It is the first time I had to come back with my new Corolla Cross. The car came with some dull areas on the front of the hood.whixh had to be taken care of. Jordan is very courteous and patient. He also showed me some new features. Thank you.

Very nice dealership. Like the lounge while waiting for service to be completed. One thing needs improvement is the coffee area is dirty. Should be cleaned up every day.

Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. Previous interactions were also very so so. Will try another rep in the future.
