I enjoyed the festive spirit inside the dealership while waiting for my vehicle. The refreshment/coffee was great.
Traveling through on our way home from California had a wheel bearing failing and stopped at Findlay hopeful to get it diagnosed and repaired. They did both and completed it that day (and without an appointment -I just drove into the dealership in late morning. Great service and assistance from their service consultant Brandon.
Cara was right there when I pulled in. Told me exactly what needed to be done, gave me a time estimate and came to let me know my truck was done. Always pleased with the Service Center.
