They diagnosed "black death" of the AC where all the lubricating fluids gum up everything. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty to cover this repair, but they were so helpful in getting me a rental car which was at no cost as this repair was going to take a few days and also had to be approved by their specialist. They diagnosed a bad battery. My bad battery was under warranty so they didn't charge me for my new battery. I've always had a great experience at this location.
