He's extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and advises me when my car needs something. He knows what the car needs, and makes excellent recommendations. He exceeds my expectations and is definitely a standout!! Finally, someone who understands the meaning of customer service!

I pulled into Service at my scheduled time and was met about one minute later by a service rep who took me inside to Kuilani my service writer. She was professional and efficient, including finding a sales rep to answer a few questions when asked. Over the years, we have had Findlay Service do some major maintenance and repairs; timing belt and water pump replacement, spark plug replacement and valve adjustment, A/C repair, and CV axle and boot replacement. "Because of our dealing with this dealership since 2013,..." Because of our dealing with this dealership since 2013, we decided to buy two new vehicles. The sales department was great and really it went fast. We said goodbye to our Honda Odyssey van and hello to a 2021 Honda Pilot limited Black edition and a 2021 Honda Civic Sport. Thank you all!
