Not happy with my visit. Findlay Honda sent me coupons as an incentive to come to them for an oil change but when I went to use them the person who changed the oil said that I would save more with the 10% off coupon he had. He didn't even bother to check to see that I would have saved quite a bit more had I just used the coupons that I wanted to use in the first place. I had $50 dollars in coupons, $30 off on an oil change and $20 off a cabin filter. The oil change cost way more than the coupon said it would which also made ... read more

Double the work time they quote you. Don't bother making an appointment: they'll keep your car out of line to upsell and then hold it longer than they quoted. If you make an appointment for an A1 service, they'll claim you need an A13 for example. Next, they'll say you might violate your warranty or corporate won't help if something happens to your car if you "refused" a service. I recently took my three week old Passport to get electrical system checked because it was acting glitchy. They looked at it and next day it was ready for pick up. All they could say was that they updated the system and that my aftermarket Apple cord was probably the problem. I laughed but went to buy an original Apple cord for my phone in case that was the real problem. It wasn’t, I am having the same issues as before. My quote for repairs went from $800 to over a grand and then they said I need 3 more repairs which is another grand. Unless your vehicle is under warranty, coming from a newly divorced woman, I strongly recommend calling to other businesses/mechanics first! Dealerships lesson learned overcharge ridiculously!!!

Service was quick and I'm assuming done properly since it's only been 24 hours since brining the car in and I haven't had any issues. However, being both emailed and also leaving a voicemail to do a satisfaction survey is excessive.

Very Disappointed! Big puddle of oil on my garage floor because the oil drain plug was not replaced properly. I was willing to just write it off as a misstep until I received a robo "how'd we do?" text inquiry so I replied explaining how upset I was to find the puddle of oil and that I also had the timing belt and spark plugs replaced so how am I supposed to feel confident that the items I can't visibly see were done properly? I like the Honda Pilot that I have had since 2012 and have 31400 miles on it with no issues and they now say you have to exchange brake fluid and transmission fluid and replace timing belt. I am 81 years old and have owned new cars and trucks since 1960 and have never had to do any of this in 80,000 plus miles.
