Very disappointed with the Parts Department. I was ignored for several minutes before anyone offered to help, and when they finally did, they were dismissive and acted like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they ordered the wrong part, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Absolutely unacceptable service—I expected better from a Honda dealership.
I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue. I love the vehicle but Findlay Honda ripped me off for $3000 in the deal. My issue was the lease deal. It was never broken out to me and I paid $5,000 down. My neighbor leased the same vehicle but it was a Touring Elite. His money down was $2000 and very similar to the sister store of the dealership lease deal. I spoke to the sales manager who said they did nothing wrong. I am truly disappointed in Findlay Honda on Centennial Hill. I recommend you don't purchase from them!
The parts department staff lacked product knowledge, giving vague or incorrect answers. Their rude, dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience. Unacceptable service.
Victor was great, our salesperson. We would give him 5 stars. Kevin was our finance person. We would give him 5 stars. Travis, introduced to us aby Victor as his manager, was very deceptive and was not honest with us. Our ORIGINAL invoice we looked at was approximately $35,000.00 . I took my 2016 HRV to the Centennial location of Findlay Honda. It needed Transmission services. Because a Transmission Plug blew out, pretty common for the HRV. It was sitting on the transmission, so I placed it in the car and drove to the dealership. I told the service (Geo) advisor what I needed and he wrote it up, just like how I asked him to. I recently purchased a truck from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills, and my experience was disappointing. The salesperson, James London, said whatever he could to close the sale. I specifically asked if the truck had any issues, as I would be driving it over 1,100 miles back home. However, within just ten miles of leaving the dealership, I noticed a transmission shifting problem that was not disclosed to me. They only answer for sales and after that the sales person doesn’t answer calls or messages and if you call people at the front desk they pick up and hang up and give attitude. The service department also sucks I had recently brought a car and had issues and needed it fixed and they told me I had to wait 72 hours because they were backed up and had 17 cars.
