I recently purchased a truck from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills, and my experience was disappointing. The salesperson, James London, said whatever he could to close the sale. I specifically asked if the truck had any issues, as I would be driving it over 1,100 miles back home. However, within just ten miles of leaving the dealership, I noticed a transmission shifting problem that was not disclosed to me. They only answer for sales and after that the sales person doesn’t answer calls or messages and if you call people at the front desk they pick up and hang up and give attitude. The service department also sucks I had recently brought a car and had issues and needed it fixed and they told me I had to wait 72 hours because they were backed up and had 17 cars.
Horrible service and failures on multiple levels to fix my car and properly diagnose it. I would recommend going somewhere else for your Honda
This was the second Findlay dealership I visited. After deal was made only thing they were worried about was getting their check. Vehicle was delivered with only 1/4 tank of gas and no walk through just here are your keys and see you later. I will ever purchase a vehicle from any Findlay dealership after the way I was treated.
I had my Honda 2017 CRV Honda serviced at Findlay Honda at Azure on January 19, 2024, Friday. My experience with the service staff M is unpleasant and not good for several reasons below. 1. I only wanted oil change but he recommended additional 3 items that need to be done or replaced. I didn't have any problem with his recommendations. I want to start off by saying this one star review has nothing to do with my saleswoman. She was wonderful. I understand I bought a used car and it is sold AS IS. But not being able to properly get gas is an operational issue. I don’t understand how a dealership can let a car be like this. I bought the car 12/4 and realized after I bought it one or two of the speakers were blown. My fault for not checking first. But when I went to get gas on 12/6 I couldn’t. I have no idea why this dealership has 4. 9 stars. They must have their employees wrote reviews for them. I made an appointment to bring my car in for the same issue for the third time. When I got to the dealership for my appointment I was told I had to wait in line and was given a number, even though I had an appointment. I waited past my appointment time and watched other cars with higher numbers be served before me, by the service writer I had an appointment with.
