I was being helped by a service person in training and he was so patient. They were all very respectful toward me and The price was fair.
Every time I come to Findlay it is an amazing experience. The service is always quick and my service rep Angelica and Jonathan are always amazing. This particular experience I Unfortunately had to deal with a flat tire so I had to get the car to the dealership with no appointment in the middle of the afternoon. Angelica took me right in. Great service from Deven Peterson on Saturday. Arrived with no appointment for an oil change before noon and was out in one hour with a freshly washed car. Deven also explained a recall my car has which I will be bringing my car back to get addressed. Thank you for keeping me well informed about my car's maintenance schedule.
Devin Kelley is outstanding. He should get a bonus for helping new employees. I don’t want him to burn-out.
I brought my Honda Accord for change oil and other checkup. Another recommendation was made to get the fuel injection be serviced and will bring my car back in the near future. I was fully satisfied with the service I received last week.
