As per usual, I received excellent customer service yesterday when I visited the dealership for a simple oil change and a general inspection of my vehicle. Ryan Odum from Maui was my service writer.. He was attentive, professional, and personable. He clearly explained upcoming service my vehicle will need without the feeling that he was "upselling" or pushing unneeded work. Fixed all the reported issues in a timely manner.
Staff provided clear procedures and recommendations. Work was performed within the stated timeframe and there was follow up to ensure that I had no additional questions and was satisfied with the service.
Always very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Have always completed any service on time and as promised. Excellent Service Department. Andrew went above and beyond to keep me informed of the service being done and any thing that should be given attentione in the future.

I had my car Serviced at Findlay Honda in northwest Vegas. They did a great job on the A!/B1 service. They completed it in under a hour while i waited. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They even washed it and found a coupon for me to use. I Have always had my passport serviced there since it was new and they never fail to deliver great service.
Great Dealership, always really nice. They make me feel like there is no reason to go anywhere else for service since I purchased my car. I trust them.
