Service was awesome and excellent. I called and spoke to my service advisor about the issue with my vehicle. He took the time toexplain that my vehicle is still under warranty and that I should come in for a checkup. They fixed the issue with my vehicle.

Drove from California to Las Vegas. Got off the freeway and my CRV started making a strange noise. We are two days before Christmas. Called Findlay Honda. Will Spears asked us to come in the next morning. The noise was the water pump had failed. Will kept us informed, provided the estimate, the car was fixed the same day and I'm happily and safely back in California.
My service advisor Jeffery was friendly and knowledgeable. Just had general service done. Would recommend
