Went for a battery change and had it done immediately as well as getting my oil and fluids changed. Sure it cost more than outside the dealership but I know they did it right and have that peace of mind… the customer service is awesome, in my experiences so it’s worth it.
Visited the service Department and the service writer was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with, my car was completed when he said it would be, washed and ready to go.

The best customer service can be provided by Kuilani Robinson. She greets you with a smile and takes care of you as if you are part of the family. She is very detail oriented and makes sure you understand everything prior to leaving and updates you as the service is going on. Every shop needs an employees like Kuilani. Findlay Honda takes great care of my car and does not try to sell services not needed. It is refreshing how they care for your vehicle.
