Fantastic service department. I take my Civic here regularly to this dealer (Centennial). Every service writer has been thorough and professional. My latest service was just performed in November of 2022. My service writer was Devin Kelley. Devin took my car in right away. All service items were explained to me in exact detail along with pricing. My wait time was to be an hour and a half but ended up being only one hour! This is an efficiently run dealership where I leased my first ever Honda. Findlay has a very clean and comfortable operation with professional and courteous personnel. I have used this facility several times this year for service and each time the work is completed as promised and with no surprise eendings. It is refreshing to find people who actually care for their customers. 5-Star for sure.

Great experience. Brought my car in without an appointment when dealer opened. Written up right away for oil change and new ATF service. Car returned 20 minutes ahead of estimated time. Friendly service. Large waiting room.

She is a REAL person with true compassion and takes treats every customer with the upmost exceptional service and professionalism.
