I brought my car (Honda Accord, 4Dr Sedan), on appointment to have service done on my vehicle on 10-29-22. My Service advisor was Alex Zepeda. He gave me a complete diagnosis of the issues which needed to be done. He also priorities the issues, and gave me a cost and time estimate to complete repairs. Great experience. Brought my car in without an appointment when dealer opened. Written up right away for oil change and new ATF service. Car returned 20 minutes ahead of estimated time. Friendly service. Large waiting room.

She is a REAL person with true compassion and takes treats every customer with the upmost exceptional service and professionalism. My 2nd Honda Accord Touring 2. 0. I love my car; and the service department is A+EXCELLENT. Devin was just superb as he explained exactly what I should expect, and sorted thru exactly what I needed to have completed. Just a friendly, knowledgeable, courteous Rep. He also exhibited kindness to the mechanics and the courtesy reps who detailed my car. He was proud of his dealership, and rightly so.
