I work with the same person each time I go in for service so I feel a relationship and a continuity of knowledge about my car and its service history. Deven P at Centennial has really taken good care of me and my car.
These guys are all rock stars, but I want to give a shout out to Justin on centennial is a real superstar! After having bad experiences with other dealers, regardless of their reputation, they were not up to par on their customer service. My recent routine A12-B12 service had unexplainable hidden costs. When questioned why the quote differed from the actual costs, I wasn’t given a reason. My quote of $610 plus tax went up to 650.36 plus tax. So I quickly reconciled the actual invoice with my quote and found the A12-B12 and BG Fuel induction were both marked up from the quoted amounts and I still cannot find the unexplained 41.56 miscellaneous charge you hit me with.
