Devin helped me get my 2024 HRV back in order. He was SO kind and so patient with me and my 2 year old daughter. He made sure my car got washed and even went out of his way to help me with my air filter. I am SO grateful for the team at Findlay Honda. Quick, easy and incredibly kind people work here. I will ALWAYS recommend them first. If i could give this 10 stars, I absolutely would.
Service Experience. I went in needing a new headlight bulb and to have the Tire Pressure Monitor light turned off. Vernon W, without making me feel bad about not having prior scheduled maintenance, helped me to update to all the service standards for my 73000 mile, 16 year old Element. He took my need to have all this work done in a timely manner, and must have communicated with the people doing the service, because it was finished 1/2 day earlier than first estimated. Dealership at Findlay Honda Northwest is a great dealership. The service was great and outstanding. I went in for a oil changes and I was out quickly. The service advisor Vernon Williams kept me inform on what they did on my car and went over the paperwork when it was all done. I had to take in our 2015 car for maintenance and to replace the serpentine belt. I was very pleased with the service advisors that helped us! Victor Arizmendi checked us in and Devin Kelley checked us out. He went over everything to our satisfaction and applied a coupon we had which really helped! We love it here! We always get top notch service and feel like we matter as well as our vehicles! Great job! Highly recommend!
Great customer service. It takes a while for work to be done but well worth the wait.
Long story but I initally tried to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced. Service advisor said they couldn't do the job for what the insurance company offered. Then I spoke with another advisor - Aly - who said she works with insurers all the time and was sure they could do the work. Thanks to Aly I was able to get the work done by Honda, including recalibration of the camera. While there I also had scheduled maintenance performed.
