Made an appointment to have a recall issue looked at. I was immediately greeted by an employee in the service area, then another service advisor who signed me in. I waited until the inspection was completed and was checked out by Devin Kelley, who was very professional and helpful. Appreciated the helpfulness and pleasant attitude of the employees that I had contact with.

As per usual, I received excellent customer service yesterday when I visited the dealership for a simple oil change and a general inspection of my vehicle. Ryan Odum from Maui was my service writer.. He was attentive, professional, and personable. He clearly explained upcoming service my vehicle will need without the feeling that he was "upselling" or pushing unneeded work. Fixed all the reported issues in a timely manner.
