This was the second dealership we visited. I had called ahead to find out what they had in stock, and started working with Christian. He texted later to say they had a vehicle he thought might "fit the bill" which had just been delivered. We went the next morning to view the stock, and Christian graciously said he would come in early to meet us. Suffice to say, we found a vehicle which would meet our needs and were able to come to an amical agreement on trade in and purchase!

Took my 2025 CRV Hybrid for its first time service since I bought it last year. Randy Hernandez, my work advisor was very nice and explained very well what is to be done especially the correction repair of the 2 recalls. I had to leave the vehicle but got me an Uber and notified me right away when the work was completed. This is my second CRV and I have been very satisfied with the service at Findlay since I moved here in 2018.
I had the best experience at this dealership that I have ever had. They did a great job on my old 06 pilot ! Noah was really informative and really took the time to listen to my concerns. He is a great addition to the service team.
