Took new Ridgeline in for 6 month service. Our service tech — Isaiah — was most helpful with scheduling and explaining what was involved. Asked if we wanted "a wash with that?" Of course we did. And when we were all finished he paired our phones for us, a process beyond us two senior citizens. Highly recommend Findlay Service.
Went there for an oil change, Mark, did a great job. Thorough with his recommendations, but didn’t try to force any services, just said to look through my past receipts to see what’s been already done with my car, then call him on what needs to be done.
I wasn’t ok in the beginning, but that soon went totally out the window. Findlay Centennial is the BEST! They are Professional, Caring, Attentive, and hospitable. Brought In Our 2022 Civc Sport For Scheduled Service. As Usual,Not A Drop Of Oil On Any Part Of The Engine Bay. Interior Was Great As Well As The Quality Of Service. Isaiah My Service Advisor Was Exemplary In All Aspects. We Have Purchased Four Vehicles Here And Will Continue.

I went for my yearly service. I have been going to this dealership for many years and have purchased many cars there. I have always been pleased with the service provided. Anthony Hernandez. Was the service consultant that handled my service. He was very friendly and showed me what needed to be done to keep the car in good working order.
