The AI generated helper 'Emily' was creepy. At first I actually thought that I was communicating with a person, then parts of the conversation started to get weird. When I arrived I asked for Emily, because that is who I had been communicating with and was under the belief that she was going to assist me. To my surprise I learned that Emily was a virtual assistant. To me this is creepy and annoying. Don't play off that Emily is an actual person and mislead your customers.
