Every time I come in, it's usually friendly and somewhat fast. The only thing that I did not like was that I was told to get certain things fixed on the car and when I went through the paperwork on all the estimation of labor and parts like get a radiator flush and then need to get new thermostat water pump and radiator flush it was like they were trying to charge me twice to get radiator flushed and make an extra couple hundred bucks out of me. I was visiting from California when my battery died. Once I arrived at Findlay Honda they took care of my problem in a reasonable time frame. Our service representative Andrew was very helpful and courteous.
