Facility and customer waiting area is clean and modern looking. I appreciate the available coffee / beverage station and snacks for purchase. I worked with Anthony this visit and he was cordial and professional. I'll probably ask for him on my next appointment. Zachary did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. The only bad part of my experience is that the GM had taken the car for an unknown reason to me and put 309 miles on it when it was the only version of the car on the lot

They don't give you new tires with your new car. My 2025 CRV with only 2800 miles has front tires with a depth of 8, rear tires were 9. The service department does not utilize all the technology they have available, don't text us about it.If you're not gonna use.
