I have never had a problem at Henderson Honda Dealership. Staff is always professional. They recently replaced a battery for me under warranty, as my radio and car door locks were not functioning properly. My radio hasn’t shown an error since, but my locks still aren’t working right. I know I need to take the car back in, but I’m due for an oil change soon, so I’ll have them look at it then.
The whole staff of Findlay Honda Henderson offered nothing but great service. All member were friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
Ron was my service rep and he was awesome in everything he did for me for my Honda. Kindness goes a long way!
Awesome experience. I was moving here from abroad and they were so helpful via email all the way until I purchased my car. I will be coming back and could not say enough good things about them.
I started out by calling and speaking with Kiron (hope I spelled it correctly). He is a sales manager there. He took alot of time to respond to all my questions and gave me some insight on the current auto market. He had meet with Jay. Jay is a standup guy. Promised me nothing more than he could deliver. Answered all my questions. If he couldn't answer it, he got me the answer. He's got a engaging personality, professional ethics, and good sense of humor. I'd highly recommend Jay as your sales professional.
I decided to take my 2012 Honda Accord in for an oil change, transmission fluid change and brake fluid change (recommended by Honda technician and the price was fair, since I compared it online and also called my mechanic for a quote) done on September 26, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. I was apprehensive because I watch Scotty Kilmore on YouTube and if you watch Scotty he doesn't like people being ripped off by dishonest car dealerships (most of them) & crooked mechanics. Brought my sons car in for a scheduled service while he was away and Skylar took the car right in. They were very fast. All the staff was great, friendly and very professional!
Nathan was my service manager and he made sure I got taken care of. He gave 100% customer service and satisfaction in spite of his busy day.
Brian and Livingston did great. I bought a new vehicle the process was relatively quick. Got a great deal and left happy with my new car.
