Excellent service provided by Fernando and the rest of the team. I was able to get my car in and serviced with no problems. I was updated and informed throughout the day when my car would be ready.
Was having battery issues so took it in to Findley Henderson. Service consultant Antonio met me in line and told me the diagnostic tests they would run.... After 15 minutes he found me and told me the battery was fine with the initial test, but was dead 5 minutes later. Gave recommendation on new battery with warranty info, price and time frame. He let me know when the battery had been installed and gave me the paperwork, then walked me to the car. Nice guy. See Antonio if you can.
I took my CRV in with a possible oil leak and everything was fine. The advisor Rob was fantastic and even too photos of the area and fully explain the area of my concern. They where fast and friendly and even washed the car before giving the keys back to me. I would highly recommend them for any of your service needs.
Antonio Cancilla was my wonderful pleasant friendly Service Consultant. I had a routine oil change plus my car was smelling like rotten eggs. He let me know my battery was leaking acid. : ( Great location with awesome team working together : )
