I had a nail in my new tire and he delivered the news in a responsible way. He left room for hope, and in the end hope prevailed and I did not have to buy a replacement.

I went to Findlay Honda to fix it and the cashier told me they offer extended warranty. So I went to see Don and ended up buying a newer model of accord.
