I omly bring my car to Findlay Honda, The main reason is because of Nancy Harter, She is always so upbeat and honest and helps me with my repairs. She goes out of her way to make sure that every experience there is in my best interest. She does not try to sell me things I do not need and her honestty is greatly apprecaited. I would never go to any other Honda dealership because of her, I turst her 100% I refer all my friends to Findlsy Honda because of her.

Although I've only had to come in for routine maintenance for the last 4 years, I cannot imagine going to any other Honda dealership or seeing another service advisor!

After we got past that, it was really good especially when going through the financing where we were offered but not pressured to purchase additional protection warranties. All in all a surprisingly good experience.
