"Car sales is not something I would want to do for a..." Car sales is not something I would want to do for a living, it's a tough business. I was unhappy with somethings that I learned about post negotiations, and felt that some tactics were not fair. I brought my complaints to Findlay's attention and they made good on fixing it, which I greatly appreciate. In addition they responded very quickly, again that was very appreciated.

Darrell let us drive it and talked to us about it without any pressure to buy one. He answered all of our questions then asked for an offer of what we would pay to buy a car then. Stephen Young approached my wife and me and we started to look at cars right the way. I have bought a vehicle in this dealership before and the experience was pleasant. This time is even better.
