Traded in for a newer 2015 Honda Pilot on 09/19/2022. Wow! Nothing but bait & switch, hidden facts and lies! Received MULTIPLE emails showing vehicle pricing at $12,995. I paid over $1,500 more than that price. Parts missing, some STILL on backorder. CarFax "portion" shown DID NOT include the fact that in 2014 there was an accident THAT DISABLED vehicle and triggered air-bags. Brought a Telsa from them. Never came with the charger. Store Manager said the car comes as is.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation with multipoint inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION about the condition of the pads or even tire tread. It was a joke that they did a multipoint "inspection". Oh and of course my car was washed even though I asked for it to not be washed. Just a complete disregard for every single thing the customer asked for. You should know your "inspections" are a joke. I’ve been coming here since I bought my car in 2020 for oil changes. The price has doubled in the last two years. I know that inflation is a thing but it’s gone up from $45 to $80. The guy couldn’t give me a reason why I was paying $80 for an oil change yesterday. He just said “prices have changed.” Will definitely be buying the oil and doing it myself from now on. Ridiculous
Unorganized and very overpriced. First time using this particular dealership but I will not return. Recommended maintenance that was just completed 2 months ago at another Honda dealership.
Bait and switch! Agreed over phone on a test drive. I get there and they say no test drives on the car I'm interested in until "we agree on numbers first". Who sits down and goes through the financial portion before they even see the car??? I guess its a sellers market so they can just lie to people to get them in the door and someone will eventually put up with it. I wasted a hour of my time and gas and all I got was this lousy review!!!
Massive inconvenience, misleading about monthly price, as what I signed for was increased by 100$ the day after I left. When I called to inquire about this, finance department told me to talk to sales, sales to finance, manager to both, both to manager. I was asked to come back 3 days in a row to resign docs, and the finance loan was hard checked 7 times, when I have not bad credit and a cosigner, affecting my score. Hugely inconvenient. I took my car to be serviced for the third time, the service writer asked if I wanted my tires rotated but decided it didn’t need to be done since my service was prepaid. So I get my car back and before I even get 1 mile down the freeway my low tire sensor comes on, how off is that?
