Not very communicative during the process of pulling my credit 10 times only to tell me I was denied. Despite my six figure income and scores in the low 600s they could not help me, I went elsewhere and got approved the same day!
Just felt we were not taken seriously throughout the entire process even though we bought a 2024 CRV Hybrid with cash. The whole experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Leased a car 2 weeks ago at Findlay Honda. Brian Leon was my salesperson. Findlay Honda bought my car over the payoff amount of $6k. Brian told me it takes a week for them to cut me the check. Well its been 2 weeks and Brian has not followed up with me once. I called and spoke with the original finance gentleman, Eric. He asked the amount I was "supposed" to get back which seems a little skeptical but is now looking into where my check is. Be aware. Had my 2016 HR V SERVICED for $1,122.00 and after traveling to the Santa Cruz area, discovered a leak. A service station discovered that the transmission plug was leaking and charged me $66.00 to fix the leak and clean up the mess. On another occasion, Findlay Honda did not attach a cover under the engine compartment and it dropped and scraped the pavement as I drove home from the dealership. No more visits to THAT place for me!
2 month old used car. PAID 700.00 for Maintenance items and other issues that should be done before sale. Canceled 4yr Maintenance Contract because it didn't cover actual maintenance items (basically 1700.00 FOR OIL CHANGES), 1 week to get vehicle back ( had been told vehicle was ready. I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Trailsport with a trade in vehicle and ended up spending much more than I expected. I did not try to negotiate because I needed a vehicle that could tow 5,000 lbs, seat 7, could go off road, had a tow hitch and harness. Just 5 things. I took my car in for extended warranty repair of AC. After dropping off my car I received a call stating that the problem with the AC was part of the warranty extension & that they would fix everything & call me when it was done. I received another call a couple of hours later saying the part in question was not an OE Honda part so the warranty wouldn't cover the repair & in order to fix the problem would cost me $2550+.
