These people sold me a car with a broken part that can only be fixed by them or another Honda Dealership. They shook my hand on the day I bought the car and said they would fix it. I spent $1500.00 finding out that the only place it could be fixed was Honda. True evil.
This is the history to back my previous review. In November of 2020 the car I owned had the engine block cracked in the course of a simple repair. I took a cab to Findlay Honda with the goal of buying a car that very same day. I was stressed because I needed a car to get to work. I explained this to the salesman. I admit I was stressed and, in a hurry, and did not think to look in the paperwork I signed for anything added on I didn't ask for or need. We went to this dealership on July 8, 2025. The sales person, Brenton was great. He was kind and very patient. He provided us with a lot of information about the vehicle we wanted to buy. But when his boss, Michael Rodriguez, came out, our experience turned horribly stressful and negative. He offered the Honda Passport at $10,000 over the MSRP, when we were asking to put $25,000 down and finance $22,000 on the MSRP price, which was already $2,000 more than the True Car or Edmonds recommended prices for this vehicle. This is a follow up to my review last month. Service manager called me to see what happened. I explained my review and told him I was also experiencing several issues I did not have prior to service there. He said he would take care of it and send me a check for the 50 dollars I was overcharge. Probably my worst experience buying a vehicle. Everyone was friendly but not as professional. I was asked what was I there if was not going to buy a car that day, but did end up purchasing a vehicle after 6 hours of being there. Giving 2 start because they did help me with my trade in and helped with the repairs after purchase. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that I didn't go see. On July 2, 2025, I visited Findlay Honda of Las Vegas for an oil change while in town for an extended trip. My service advisor, Fernando, was courteous, professional, and addressed my concerns thoroughly — which I appreciated. However, the individual who drove my vehicle was anything but professional. I personally watched as he jumped into my car and sped off at an excessive rate.
