I went into Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change and tire rotation. Normal cost is 89.95, but I had a coupon for 15.00 off. I usually try to watch the service team while they do the work to my car due to past experiences. I noticed the service tech didn't rotate my tires. I made an appointment and dropped my car off for service last Monday. Anthony took my car and told me it would be done by EOD Tuesday or sooner, so I left. 30 Minutes later I get a text from EJ saying to use that text message thread to contact them regarding my service. The most painful and frustrating car buying experience of my life. What a waste of four hours of my time. Sales person told me every 30 minutes that it would be another 5-10 minutes. Clearly, the sales person was poorly trained, did not know the process, kept making poor commitments and excuses and had no respect for my time.
