Got charged for a service that wasn’t performed. Went in for oil change and rotation, tire rotation wasn’t performed. From that don’t even trust if the did a good job on the oil change. Not sure if they even did the multi inspection because no records/measurements was given. Brakes were making noise prior but no comments after the whole service. Thought I would get a complimentary car wash but was told the wash was down when the time of pickup instead of being told before or during service on the vehicle.
They will spam you to show up but won’t actually follow up to support you. Just looking for a payout
This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payments. When trying to ask more details I was brushed off. Questions ignored. Overall I've had a terrible experience here. The ONLY positive thing was my sales associate Gage who was great. It started off with me selling them my car. There was a miscommunication between Gage and the floor manager, and I was told my payments would be about $640. Then I get back to the financing and I'm notified of the miscommunication and payment increases. Okay, fine, I get it. I went in for oil change service and reattachment of strike plate on the underside of the car. When I drove the car, I noticed a knocking sound that was not there before. I took the car back in to be checked out and was told everything was fine, and if it keeps up to bring it back in on the next Monday. While driving out of town the knocking sound got louder and worse, I heard a Thud from the car and the dashboard lit up with error codes. Buyer Beware! This dealership has absolutely NO integrity. We signed the paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle, though it was Saturday night, and no one was there to run the deposit. After another test drive on Sunday, we had an appointment at 4:30 p.m. Monday to finalize the deal. Came here and asking for a Honda civic. They sit me down and they start talking numbers. When I ask if I can see the car they told me they didn’t had any new Honda civics at that moment and they told me they all come with a dealer mark up. I got up and left.
I worked with Q and Tolu on getting a Civic Hatchback. They were both Nice and professional salsemen. On that note im not talking bad about them or the dealership but charging 43k for a Civic saying that wanting a touring is a Luxury car and that i have “Champagne Taste” doesnt make sense. bought a 2011 Kia Sportage, thought it was a good deal. .. after driving a week the transmission started going into 4th gear default, and the battery light would come on.. always happened when accelerating between 20 to 45 mph.. transmission would always reset after restarting... when going into the default around 45mph plus the truck would suffer a violent collision in the transmission and engine.. engine codes P0880, PCM failed to receive date from TCM, and 7E8-7E9 fuel/air intake codes,senors detects vibration from engine... read more
