I was there yesterday for a under carriage replacement, service was okay .. fast but whoever drove my car had dirty shoes and now my floor Mats dirty .

My cousin referred me to Darnell after I had a bad encounter with an "old school" salesman at a different dealership. I was so frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and just keep the car that I already had. I hadnt called before arriving and Darnell was helping 2 other customers.
