Seriously they have one of the worse customer service after they take your money after the purchase of your auto vehicle, how extremely disappointing that they completely disrepect by not responding to phone messages and email, never mnd picking up the phone when you call the main line. Jessica Johnson was my sales associate and i would not recommend my frinds to be referred to her, what an disappointing embarassment to their reputation, so nive upfront and then no response thereafter.

I went to Findley Honda on 6/3/24 late in the AM for an oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) they could do it that day by 4PM. I said OK and agreed on the $287.08 price. Shortly before 4PM the SA called and said the car was done but more work was needed. If I wanted I could leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. When the sale is completed the customer is forgotten. ..On 5/6/24, I purchased a new Honda from Findlay. The experience was generally pleasant. I reside in another state so Findlay issued a temporary permit to allow the vehicle to be driven. I was told that the proper paperwork would be sent to the out of state vehicle department to allow me to register it. Danger/ warning, be aware of the Tolu finance manager! He is a bold-faced liar, a flimflam man! Tolu attempted to overcharge me $1600+ for a purchase. His fraudulence, cheating, non-transparent, and just plain dishonesty led me to the corporate office where I found resolve. Tolu has no virtues or integrity. He is a swindler and dishonest. Tolu and Hyprocusy are the same. CAUTION!!! DISAPPOINTED WITH FINDLAY HONDA, HENDERSON. Post this for others to see.

Approx 7 hour to take delivery on an incomplete car, car was not on the lot, dealer perp was not finished and must return to get it done. A couple of comments by the dealer that had me a bit confused. Was told car was in their “over flow” lot but did not have a “stock number” assigned to it, that doesn’t add up. Second, while setting up the service appointment to complete the dealer prep, over heard them saying the car came from Honda West, a different dealership. Seems suspicious to me.

Salesman was very pushy. Only concern how much he could get from us. He and his manager kept asking to run our credit. And when we pointed out the fact that one of the headlights was broken he kept brushing off with vague promises to get it fixed. They also Only cared about charging us for "special " dealer ad on package that we did not want. And refused to remove. They took the charge off Only because they wanted to close the deal. Ended up paying over $46000 on a vehicle with an MSRP sticker of less than $35000. Original price was in excess of $48000. Some negotiation went down to $46992. If there was a buyers remorse law for vehicles in Nevada, I would have cancelled the deal and look for another vehicle. This is corporate greed to the fullest, don't know how you sleep at night.
