I have purchased several vehicles from Findlay Honda over the years including Preludes, CRV"s and Pilots. I know how Hondas perform and that is why I keep coming back. My experience at Findlay Honda was great and Judy Tweedy was outstanding and went above and beyond her job.
Went into Findlay last week for a B1 service. Kacey was my advisor and he did an amazing job as always. Great customer service. Very professional. I had to get more work done for my car so I went back this past Monday and Skylar was my advisor and he did an amazing job as well. Great customer service, professional. Everyone was pleasant, professional and very helpful from start to finish. Accommodations were great. Property was very clean.
We were early for our appointment, for oil change and air filter, but they took us right away. we had to wait only a half an hour for our car to be serviced. Service Advisor: Jeremiah was very helpful and kept informed and reviewed every item the was done on our car. He gets a ten from us. Comp 1 Tech. service our car
A screw in my tire brought me in. They saw me promptly, found the problem, patched my tire and even washed my car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Judy in service department was excellent and everything was done to satisfaction. I have been a customer for many years and always recommend to friends.
Just purchased our 5th Honda, a beautiful new CR-V! Highly recommend Honda, and Findlay Honda in particular. Greg Larsen in Sales was great! As was Jeff Peters in Finance. They both made the buying process enjoyable and informative.
Love the service department- they are quick, no unnecessary up selling and pressure, and I love the complementary car wash!
