Antonio was very polite and efficient checking me in and was able to have the car finished a little before the provided time frame. The seating area and amenities provided by Findlay are a nice touch as well.

Dominyc was friendly & helpful. He listened to why I was there. Then reviewed the concerns with me. He scheduled an Uber ride for me. Then called when my vehicle was ready. I kept his business card to ask for him next time service is needed.

I had my car serviced at Findlay Honda early January, and my service guy, Andrew, was amazing! I have some annual work I need to get done, but I usually have that done in California. Andrew did not pressure me into additional services, but he did stress the importance of having these done soon for safety reasons.

Overall service was fine. I had a competitor's lower price which I was told it would be matched but when I paid it was not honored. It seems like local competitors always have lower service prices for most services.
