Fernando was excellent and got me right in and right out. I was upset that the price of the oil charge went up $20.00 and that you only sell synthetic oil. Been going to Findlay Honda many, many years.

I got My oil changed on My Honda today. When it was finished I noticed a few scratches in the passenger side window tint. Made the service dept. aware of this. The service Manager Nathan looked at the window and instantly said the would re tint the window. It is always a pleasant time when dealing with ANYONE a Findaly Honda dealership...... Thanks again !!
Took the car in for a recall fix. My service representative Judy was fantastic, better than I can imagine. The service, was exceptional..!! Judy helped change my mind about dealership repairs. I will start taking my vehicles to them from this point forward.
Clean, spacious place, great people, Stephen helped us with our service. Very gracious and knowledgeable. He said it will take approx 1 hr to be done but it only took 30-40 mins and we were done. Will definitely come back here.
