My wife handled everything but she told me Judy did a great job and we have worked with Judy for years since buying our two Honda pilots and we really like working with her a lot. She is extremely helpful, responsive, and puts a tremendous amount of care into her work and her customer service is excellent.

No car wash after getting service. That's 4 out of 5 No car wash after getting service. That's a 4 out of 5. Kevin is a knowledgeable service writer. Mechanic technicians are very thorough in the express lanes. Bring back the car wash. Fix it. It's a water issue I know with SNWA.

Aiden gave me frequent updates, was personable, explained everything I need to do to my car ( maintenance issues), followed up with texts. The facility was very clean, comfortable chairs, payment was an easy transaction.

Fast accountable I had a good experience bringing my Honda CR-V in for maintenance at Findlay Honda. The service process was convenient and fast, and the staff was professional and trustworthy. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done on time. The only downside is that the labor cost is a bit expensive, but overall I’m satisfied with the service and would still recommend them.
