From when we first walked in to look at cars we felt very welcomed. My wife handled everything but she told me Judy did a great job and we have worked with Judy for years since buying our two Honda pilots and we really like working with her a lot. No car wash after getting service. That's 4 out of 5 No car wash after getting service. That's a 4 out of 5. Kevin is a knowledgeable service writer. Mechanic technicians are very thorough in the express lanes. Bring back the car wash. Fix it. It's a water issue I know with SNWA.

Aiden gave me frequent updates, was personable, explained everything I need to do to my car ( maintenance issues), followed up with texts. The facility was very clean, comfortable chairs, payment was an easy transaction.
