The salesman was nice. The service .manager was great. BUT the finance guy sucks. I refused GAP Insurance because I could get it from my insurance company. He got angry and said you would be stupid not to accept it. And that i would zNEVER get financed again if something was to happen . Like i couldnt afford the vehicle or something. Very unprofessional and i will tell anyone going there to avoid him.
I Purchased a warranty for repairs through the Findlay dealership for my 2018 xt5 and needed an approval from the warranty co and they couldn’t get ahold of the rep for approval for 3 hours which made me have to wait for 6 hours for that repair and a routine oil change . I was not happy after paying $5,000.00 for the warranty which was Recommended by their dealership . Absolute unsatisfactory experience with sales person, and her manipulation of what was included in final price. The inept process of a CASH purchase was further exasperated about will full lying about the timeline involved to complete the transaction, At one point, the salesperson brought her boss ( who is also her husband) to provide an intimidating explanation. Complete with his arms crossed over his chest. Truly a bush league event, unlike anything ever seen at a Cadillac dealer, or any other new car dealer.

My sales rep was kind enough but the follow up from Findlay was less than a star. As a new resident of Nevada, I was unaware of an EDRS document that the Dealership didn't provide me when I bought the car or when I went back a second time to sign papers. They left one message during the holidays to call them and 30 days later shredded the documents I unknowingly needed. After buying a $5,450 extended warranty that was suppose to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyler Sullivan to have my tire pressures checked. He assured me that Service always checked them. Drove out of the Dealership and my low tire pressure indicator came on. Worst service I've ever had. Beware of Findlay Cadillac!!!!!

I purchased my 2018 vehicle from Findlay Cadillac new. In that time I have had great service. This last time I brought it in for a diagnostic check on my StabiliTrak light that would go or show up on occasions. My service adviser indicated that the gas pump in the fuel tank was going bad and was probably the cause of this light and for a mere $1500 I could get it fixed. Ashley Williams and Kelly Newcombe are the worse employees at this dealership. She literally came out to talk to Mr about my concerns standing over me, her hands in both pockets and would not pet me speak I mean Newcombe. Ashley since March been saying my car is faulty leaks under carriage, loud noise with driving, dark fluids from car and 10 months later this dealership has done absolutely nothing despite me going there over 3 times in 10 months with the SAME complains over and over and over.
