Be careful when looking for a vehicle at this place. Do your own research to see if a vehicle your looking at was used for a ride share or limo service. Make sure to look for issues such as cracked screens as one of the escalade I looked at had a cracked screen and they said I would get it like that. Have documentation and photos. They tried charging me 17.25 percent with 17500 down and 925 on an escalade with over 60000 miles on it. Do not let them take advantage of you. Contact the Federal Trade Commission.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Took my car in to be service for them to reseal the engine. Got my car back, and it sounded like F-250 super loud noise when the car started up. I just had spent about 3K for them to reseal the engine. My car was not making any noise when I dropped it off to them. I went back to talk with the service advisor, and the B**** had the never to tell me the noise was masked by the a oil leak, Mind you I went there to get my oil changed. Absolutely the worst first service I have ever received on a new vehicle. I would not recommend buying or having a vehicle serviced at this location!

The salesman are only out to make money for company and nothing in your interest. Lied and said i got the best deal and model car for price i paid. Car info is wrong and paid more for car than advertise . Went to register and vin says turbo, bought plain ats. This whole deal is wrong.

bought car off internet. they painted wheels w plasti dip a different color and refuse to rectify the totally marred and blemished wheels. when asked if there might be a solution was told i shouldn't have bought car if i didn't like the wheels. well maybe if you'd had been ethical and said something about it i could have made that choice.

"Stay away from this dealership, they do not keep their..." Stay away from this dealership, they do not keep their word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I received an email from Thomas Smith, Internet Manager that the car was secure. The next morning I received an email saying sorry the car was sold. "not a good dealership" bad service not helpful did not fix my car more than once gave the car back dirty rude would not buy or fix my car there any more went to the other Cadillac dealer much better
