I spent 6 hours at another deanship that same morning only to be haggled with all morning over a used luxury SUV until I finally walked. "Went in for a simple oil change. It took more than 2..." Went in for a simple oil change. It took more than 2 hours. Then, when I got the car home it leaked oil in my driveway! Took it back the next day and (after another wait of more than an hour) was told that it was "residual oil". The technician's failure to clean up the "residual oil" during the oil change cost me another hour+ wait and made a mess in my driveway. "warranty repair to rear seat armrest. Situation was..." warranty repair to rear seat armrest. Situation was diagnosed, then special trim part ordered. Then called back in to install same. Battisti went over service recommendations.. very knowledgable, and explains it well.

"Mike G. is the man! Always delivers what he says and..." Mike G. is the man! Always delivers what he says and always does it the fastest way possible. He really understands how important our cars are to us and gets them back to us in record time consistently! Everyone over at Findaly is courteous and friendly but Mike G. really stands above the crowd with his customer service, willingness to help, attention to detail and of course his friendly smile.

"I had a several issues with my 2009 CTS and brought it in..." I had a several issues with my 2009 CTS and brought it in to Findlay Cadillac. I had an appointment with Mike Giordano. He was able to help me right away and I did not have to wait at all when I brought my car in. They were able to look at my car the same day and Mike called me right away with a estimate.
