I bought a used car from the dealership. The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghosted completely. It's been 2 weeks. My temporary registration is about to expire and I still do not have any paperwork to get my registration of my vehicle started. I have tried reaching out to the dealership, the finance manager, Steve or Bryce but so far I have not heard back anything. Hoping this post and review will get some traction
Do not use this dealership's service department for anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Lack of communication and disrespectful communication I received from this dealership was a huge problem. Ordered a 2025 Escalade IQ (executive package) from Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt right away, went in to sign paperwork & take delivery. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Findlay Cadillac. I took my car in for a misfiring cylinder (11/15) and ended up in an exhausting ordeal that included the need for an entirely new engine and turbos. I had an extended warranty, but the way they handled the entire process was nothing short of anxiety-inducing. Bought my truck outright. Brought it back for a routine oil change. Next thing you know it is there for A week and I called every single day not getting any type of ETA or what was going on. I told them I just want what was included, and then they said that my radiator was cracked, which is not. Not only did I buy my truck outright. I paid for the highest warranty coverage and of course, even if my radiator was cracked, it was not covered. Picked my truck back up and the oil change still wasn’t even done. Never going back.
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Findlay Cadillac. What was mostly a very positive experience was unfortunately soiled by a negative interaction with the Finance manager, Steven Hoffman. WE BOUGHT PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRENTY FOR BOTH CADILLACS. . FIRST TIME WE USED IT THERE WAS SO MANY RULES WE ARE AFRAID TO USE IT... THE COST OF THIS BATTERY WAS APPROXIMATELY $900.00 {BATTERY COST FOR THIS CAR WAS AROUND $300.00} AND IF THAT DID NOT WORK THEY WOULD KEEP CHASING THE PROBLEM AND NOT KNOWING IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED AND IF NOT WHO PAYS??? HUH???
