I recently visited Findlay Cadillac with the intention of exploring and potentially purchasing the Lyriq, an electric car, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Bought my truck outright. Brought it back for a routine oil change. Next thing you know it is there for A week and I called every single day not getting any type of ETA or what was going on. I told them I just want what was included, and then they said that my radiator was cracked, which is not. Not only did I buy my truck outright. I paid for the highest warranty coverage and of course, even if my radiator was cracked, it was not covered. Picked my truck back up and the oil change still wasn’t even done. Never going back.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Findlay Cadillac. What was mostly a very positive experience was unfortunately soiled by a negative interaction with the Finance manager, Steven Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman was professional and congenial as I would expect at this dealership. Where the experience went south was he chose not to give the buyer, us, what we wanted. WE BOUGHT PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRENTY FOR BOTH CADILLACS. . FIRST TIME WE USED IT THERE WAS SO MANY RULES WE ARE AFRAID TO USE IT... THE COST OF THIS BATTERY WAS APPROXIMATELY $900.00 {BATTERY COST FOR THIS CAR WAS AROUND $300.00} AND IF THAT DID NOT WORK THEY WOULD KEEP CHASING THE PROBLEM AND NOT KNOWING IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED AND IF NOT WHO PAYS??? HUH???

I met Mr Findlay many years ago and he would be really "TICKED" if he knew this was happening, as he took very Great care of his customers.... The sevice person who tried to help us was very nice his name was Ryan and he really tried to help us...
My 2022 XT5 has been serviced by Findley since I bought it! Always good service but this last time I don't know what happen. Adam my service advisor was Johnny on the spot checking me in. He told me other than my oil change and tire rotation, I needed a couple of new filters and that my rims had some scratches on them. Last time they fixed the scratches it was about 3.5 hours. This time turned it in at 7 AM, got it back about 4:30 PM. The Service Dept was SUPER SLOW on this workorder (9.5 hours this time).
Worst service experience! They didn’t even wash the car! 3 hours and 20 minutes waiting for oil change and warranty work.
The ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER EVER! STAY AWAY! They price gauge you and then don't deliver on what you pay for. 3 months my brand new escalade sat in service for an oil leak. No cadillac to drive while it's under warranty because they sold off their fleet for service vehicles during covid to get top dollar on them while used cars were $$ the roof. If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade most recently and I've been so extremely unhappy with everything from the purchase to the service to the management. Noone cares about the people anymore! I am taking my business elsewhere! hopefully they will be better than these dirt xxxxx. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE GO ELSEWHERE
