Worst service experience ever , brought my Escalade in to be serviced i come outside to my car to find a porter leaning against my car and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight . I let management know what happened and his response was how long the porter worked there . Didn't seem too concerned about what happened. On a second occasion I brought vehicle in and my headphones came up missing for the rear entertainment was promised another set new set , still waiting. Would not recommend this place

I want to share my experience to caution others. Although I personally completed all the purchase paperwork, Mr. Hoffman entered everything under my husband’s name only. When I raised the issue and provided clear proof of my involvement and completion of the documents, he attempted to dismiss my concerns and even suggested I had not completed the paperwork at all. Uses PREDATORY lenders. He has ZERO transparency. All information from sales to him setting you up with horrific financing, you MUST extrapolate yourself. Con-man, Con-Dealership, Con-Financing. Take your money and your business elsewhere!! RUN RUN RUN
Disappointing Service Experience at Findlay Cadillac! !!! I’ve purchased two vehicles from Findlay Cadillac, yet I’ve consistently felt unwelcome every time I’ve returned for service. I bought a used car from the dealership. The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghosted completely. It's been 2 weeks. My temporary registration is about to expire and I still do not have any paperwork to get my registration of my vehicle started. I have tried reaching out to the dealership, the finance manager, Steve or Bryce but so far I have not heard back anything. Hoping this post and review will get some traction
Do not use this dealership's service department for anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Lack of communication and disrespectful communication I received from this dealership was a huge problem. Ordered a 2025 Escalade IQ (executive package) from Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt right away, went in to sign paperwork & take delivery. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Findlay Cadillac. I took my car in for a misfiring cylinder (11/15) and ended up in an exhausting ordeal that included the need for an entirely new engine and turbos.
