"Major service" Jeff, my service advisor, is honest, efficient, and reliable. My service technician was thorough and helpful. I would recommend San Juan Capistrano for all servicing needs as well as a dealership in which to buy a new car. The sales people, Buddy in particular, are easy to deal with.

"The best dealership experience ever" Arlen at the service department displayed excellent customer service. He changed my remote battery without requesting (it was low and I had forgotten to mention). He also had an unfortunate dent I recently had rubbed out and recommended a body shop. Arranging an Uber to and from my office was pleasantly seamless.

"Excellent service " Excellent service. I was able to drop off my car within a day. It took less than a day for my car to get fixed. I received a clean car. It was ready for pick up when I arrived.

"Great & efficient!" As always, my experience getting my car serviced at Capo VW was great and efficient. I particularly appreciate the notifications and videos that are sent throughout the process - so interesting to see and it helps to understand exactly what is being done to the car.

"Friendliest dealership!" I've purchased 3 cars from Capo VW and have had excellent experiences each time. We've worked with Buddy and Pat in sales, and Nick the sales manager is so incredibly nice. Paul in finance is awesome to work with as well. Can't recommend enough!
